This replacement pulley fits the left side of the print carriage on a Replicator 2x printer. The hole is sized at 8mm to accommodate a 4mm ID x 8mm OD ball bearing, ensuring it slides smoothly over the shaft. Unlike the stock pulley, this one runs with minimal friction, possibly reducing noise levels and improving overall performance. This custom pulley has been specifically designed for use with the Replicator 2x printer, where the original adhered to the shaft due to excessive belt tension. This design improvement enables higher print quality. The ball bearing used is a Traxxas part number 7019, measuring 4mm ID x 8mm OD x 3 mm face. The Replicator 2X shaft diameter is approximately 3.95+ mm.
