The warehouse for rarely used forms (RUF) is situated on the first floor of an industrial building with dimensions of 9x6m and a height of approximately 5 meters. A proposed solution ensures efficient handling, transportation of forms to production sites and back to the warehouse, effective utilization of upper space in the warehouse, and optimal stock control by providing detailed information on stored forms and their availability. Additionally, the maximum storage capacity is achieved due to modular properties grouping forms into three categories based on size.
