Renoir's RepRap Single-Sided Stepper Driver board v2.3

Introducing an individualized rendition of the Makerbot Stepper Driver Board v2.3 (available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:393), I've made some adjustments to simplify etching and DIY production. The revised design features vias not beneath components, easily replaceable tracks through wire links on one side of the board, and slightly tweaked track sizes. Although it can still be improved upon, I've successfully constructed five functional boards using these modifications. Components are identical to those in the original Makerbot version, while the assembly instructions have similarities as well. In my adaptation, all through-hole connectors are soldered from the opposite side of the SMT components.
