If you like my work, please consider buying me a coffee https://ko-fi.com/philm Update 5: A simple model stand for the hull has been uploaded. Update 4: STP files have been added for the STL parts that were previously uploaded. Update 3: Issues with the mesh in upper hull R1 have been found and rectified, and the STL has been updated to R2. Update 2: Scaling up by 1.28 results in a 1/50th scale model that still fits on a 200 X 200mm printbed, as shown in a screen grab included for reference. Update 1: The wheel house and wheel house roof have been added. The wheel house roof is designed to print flat and can then be folded when heat is applied; it may require some clean up with a xacto knife before folding. All models were printed using a 0.4 nozzle and 0.2 layer height. Step models will be uploaded later today. Note: The wheel house has been scaled down to 99% to make for an easy fit to the upper hull. A scaled-down version of a 3D model I made supporting Dangar Marine's YouTube channel is available. Proving difficult to scale down, this project is expected to take some time. Downloaders are advised that it is a WORK IN PROGRESS. The original model can be found here: https://grabcad.com/library/renko-dangar-marine-steel-boat-project-1 Some fellow viewers requested a 3D printable version of this project, which is still in progress. The STLs are 1/64th scale and more parts will be added in the coming days.
