Renkforce RF1000 NinjaFlex Filament Guide
thingiverse
If you've ever attempted to print anything using NinjaFlex filament on a Renkforce RF1000, you know that it's impossible due to the open design of the extruder. The filament isn't adequately supported, and slips off the idler wheel, bends, or simply refuses to go where it needs to. Print this part in PLA, unscrew the side plate with the idler wheel, insert this extra piece so that the holes line up with the top two screw holes, and replace the side plate. Make sure the machined channel in the side plate points upwards when reattaching the plate. Note that while inserted, this part can interfere with the calibration process, so avoid bed calibration with it.
