Renkforce RF100 ReBoot - 161% more buildvolume!

News, March 28, 2020: I have now added three versions of the Extrudermount, with the most recent one being the BMG version, which was designed around a BMG clone extruder but should also fit regular BMGs. I've also added the missing HEVO-X-Carriage-Adapter (RF100-Adapter), so you can screw the original HEVO-Hotend-Carriage to the RF100. That adapter somehow got lost. Happy printing, and stay safe and sound through all this! TL;DR first: I had that printer overhauled for around six months now, and it was so good that I'm killing the "work in progress" thing right now. It works! And for a better idea of what you can get out of it, I've added a brand new photo of a calibration cube. Oh, and since the fanmountthing was a bit finicky, I designed that into the E3D V6 mount. Have fun with this, and: Welcome to my Overhaul of the Renkforce RF100! So, I got my hands on a totally totaled RF100 V1. The board was dead, the PSU was dead, the hotend was clogged and stuck with tons of PLA, one stepper motor was dead, and the Y-axis was bent. Due to having already built a corexy and rebuilding two ender 2s, I had a lot of spare parts and random stuff, so I put some evenings in and rebuilt everything. The target wasn't just a functioning printer but also the max build volume I could get out of this frame. What I did is: - straightened the Y-axis - designed and printed an adapting piece to fit an HEVO-Hotend-Carriage - converted to a bowdensetup (for this, I took an existing design and just redid a few things in tinkercad because I'm that kind of guy) - added a 5015 for part cooling because it works - installed a SKR v1.3 because it's the future of affordable 3D printing The printer was 50 bucks in that totalled state, the SKR plus 4 TMC 2208 another 50, the E3D V6 clone 10 bucks, the 5015 probably 5 bucks, the ender 2 heatbed would probably be 20 bucks, the PSU 25 bucks, and the Extruder would probably be 10 bucks. Things I have on my RF100 ReBoot, but haven't done myself include: - the extended spool holder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2527244 - the better cable routing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2644950 - the x-carriage is from the HEVO project, but I used a slightly remixed version from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2830408 - and of course the MK3 Fanduct: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2852168
