Renkforce RF-1000 Top Filament holder

I had a lot of Issues with the original Renkforce RF-1000 Filament feeding tube, because it took a lot of force to move it through. A lot of people usually have a shelf or mount a stick to the wall to hang their spools in for easy acces and loading. Unfortunately I can't mount anything to the wall where I work, so I thought: why not attach it to the printer? So this is what I came up with. It's a total of 4 pieces (2 pieces are Identical). 2 Pieces (the mounts) get screwed on to the Renkforce Printer and the other 2 pieces (holders) just get stuck into the mount. Now you just need a broomstick and you can load and store Filament above the printer without having to worry about it getting stuck in the feeding tube. The holders even feature a possibility to attach Zip lock ties on each side. Also the holders can easily be removed for transport of the printer. UPDATE: If the Print bed of your printer is not large enough you have to print the short holder and extension file Instructions There are a total of 4 Pieces (2 are identical). 2 Pieces (the mounts) get screwed on to the the existing screws of the printer. Note: you will need longer M4 screws than the original ones!. There are two different mounts. Left and right. Print those at 0.2 or 0.3mm with an Infill of at least 50%, 2 Shells and Supports. You have to print the holder two times with the same options as the mounts. Now just screw the Mounts onto each side of the printer and stick the holders in (should hold tightly together without glue) with the Zip lock attachment either facing inward or outwards. Now all you need is a broomstick (Preferably wood) with a diameter of max. 28 mm. One last tip: Keep a small section of the original feeding tube (4-6 cm).
