Renault Grand Scenic II Windscreen Wiper Clip

I recently encountered an issue with my Renault Grand Scenic, where water accumulated in the front footwells. Further investigation revealed that two blocked drains were the culprit behind this problem. To access these drains, I had to carefully remove the plastic cover over the windscreen wiper mechanism. Unfortunately, during this process, I accidentally broke a clip that held everything in place. Luckily, I've since acquired a replacement clip that works flawlessly. After installing it on my car, I noticed that three clips were now functioning perfectly. It turns out that others had also encountered similar issues with these clips, having broken two of them already. If you find that your new clip requires a bit more force to insert into the plastic cover, simply use a screwdriver to pry it open slightly and then insert it as usual.
