This RAR archive contains various formats of a detailed exterior model with medium-detailed interiors. Each object is labeled with its material name for easy customization. The archive includes models in MAX format with V-Ray and mental ray materials, preview images showing studio and outdoor renders, respectively. Photoshop CS6 macro file (.atn) is provided for post-production adjustments. Simply import the chosen model into your scene and apply the included materials for rendering. Mesh smooth modifier is applied to necessary objects in MAX format, while other formats provide low or medium poly meshes suitable for editing. Simple standard materials are used in OBJ, LWO, C4D, FBX, 3DS, and STL formats; textures may require manual addition. The MAX and OBJ versions have a polycount of 320,000 polygons without mesh smooth and 3.7 million faces/1.99 million polygons when collapsed, respectively.
