Removing position on E-twow steering rod

Removing position on E-twow steering rod

I own an E-twow scooter and I've noticed that when I transition from folding mode to riding, there are two distinct positions on the iron bar. I only utilize the second position. Consequently, I have to push each time the clip for securing a position in order to shift to the next one. I designed a small component that attaches to the iron bar with the intention of eliminating the middle position entirely. Please view attached images. Version 2: A more compact version was created to minimize plastic usage.
