REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT

Remove Before Flight... warning signs are commonly seen on aircraft such as Pitot Covers. Their purpose is to remind pilots to remove them before takeoff, otherwise airspeed readings won't be available once airborne. I created three print files: 1mm thick, 2mm thick, and double-sided 2mm thick. The thickness option in NinjaFlex allows for a nice print with smooth text. Note that if you flip the file upside down within your printing software, you'll achieve a reading surface on one side featuring "Remove Before Flight". Three downloadable files are provided: 1. A 1mm thick Remove Before Flight sign. 2. A 2mm thick model for more prominent display. 3. Double-sided version in 2mm thickness. Printing the double-sided model requires adjusting layer settings to .75mm or a multiple thereof, depending on desired results. In my example, I used .25mm but you can adjust to .15 or .05 for improved output. Check out this tutorial: https://youtu.be/HkazwbM1BIc As an experiment, I plan to develop double-colored signs for printers with dual extruders; further investigation is needed to ensure a seamless process.
With this file you will be able to print REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT.
