Removable Ventral Fin Design for the Freewing F-14 80mm EDF Jet

I have designed removable ventral fins for the Freewing F-14 80mm EDF Jet. This can come in useful when wanting to put the plane on a plane stand more easily, as well as transport it without the worry of the ventral fins getting in the way. The design uses the slotting system that Freewing uses. Most of the parts needed are 3D printable. I designed this to work in conjunction with one particular Freewing manufactured part found in the parts section for the Freewing F-16C 90mm EDF Jet called "Freewing F-16C 90mm Weapons Attachment Hardware" under the SKU FJ306110916. The attached pictures show what's necessary for the modification. Now, instead of using the one Freewing manufactured part shown in the picture, other designers have made a 3D printable version of it, but I have not tested those designs, so I am unsure if it works with my design. I used the one Freewing part because it appeared stronger and smoother than what I could 3D print, but if you have success with a 3D design of the equivalent part, be sure to let others know. https://www.motionrc.com/products/freewing-f-16c-90mm-weapons-attachment-hardware-fj306110916 One picture shows the print orientation of the parts for what I experienced as the best success, and without support structure needed/necessary. The ventral fin was printed upright with the "slot" upwards/open so I didn't have to worry about that slot requiring a lot cleaning up, and eliminated the need for any support structure. For the ventral fin print, I did need to use a wide brim to provide added lateral stability to the print to keep it from falling, and used appropriate speed of the print to ensure success. Ensure all parts have the appropriate infill necessary to be strong and durable. Test fit all parts before removing foam or gluing the parts into place. Only cut enough foam (after measuring and test fitting) to glue the 3D printed parts in for a tight fit.
