If you want your little ones to be able to swing open the door when they're playing outside, you can attach a rope through the mailbox for them to pull on. However, if you have a round doorknob like I do, this isn't really a viable option. So, I came up with this simple removable handle. It's detachable because I don't want it on my door all the time. Let's say I'm not keen on making it ridiculously easy for people who aren't my kids to come on in. When taken off, only a small piece is left stuck on the doorknob. I believe this should be compatible with most doorknobs since they're all pretty much standardized these days. 10-10-2015: I added an improved arm because the original wasn't strong enough for the long haul.
