This custom fabrication often commences when they are just a few months old, rather than waiting until years later. To showcase this DIY enthusiasm, I built a BabyGym for my grandson. Crafted from PVC tubing, the primary concern was storing the object when not in use. Thus, several couplings remain unfixed but securely attached using a hole and pin setup. Once you've done that, feel free to print with an infill percentage of 40%. The File PinPVC_V2 is specifically designed for use with 32mm tubes and features reinforced security measures. Unfortunately, I had issues with the original design cracking when put into action; however, this updated version has resolved these problems. Although my aim was to create a parametric model, this isn't currently functional due to coding issues. Fear not – once fixed, this design will work perfectly with tubes of various sizes. Before beginning, change the code within the file to match the specifications of your chosen project: tube diameter and pin size. Place the tubing into the coupling, drill a precise hole through both components, then carefully thread the pin through it, securing everything in place.
