Create parametric clips for a removable PVC spool axle fixture, suitable for your specific pipe size. Measure your pipe's inner and outer diameters, then adjust INNER_DIAMETER and OUTER_DIAMETER in the .scad file accordingly. Print using a ReplicatorG without a raft and in ABS plastic at 0% infill with 2 shells. Trim excess plastic and press fit onto your PVC pipe end to prevent shifting. Note that these clips are not strong under axial loads but should suffice for most needs.
