I needed a way to securely hold my Nexus 6p and Logitech Harmony Ultimate remote in one Coaster Pavillion theater seat cup holder so I could use the other for a refreshing beverage. Fortunately, supports weren't necessary with my BigBox printer. To upgrade my home theater, I turned to 3D printing: http://www.facebook.com/JEscHT Print Settings: Printer: E3D BigBox Pro Rafts: No need for rafts in this design. Supports: My BigBox printer didn't require any supports to hold the weight of the cup holder upgrade. Resolution: I set my printer to a precise .25mm resolution for a smooth finish. Infill: To save material and still achieve strength, I chose 10% infill for this project. Notes: I used FoxSmart Black PLA filament with temperatures set at 190/70 degrees Celsius. To prevent warping, I applied hairspray to the heated bed.
