Remote Control Mounting Plate
thingiverse
I'm creating a minimalist design for an LED strip remote control holder that's incredibly easy to use and relocate. Since I'll be using the strip for under cabinet lighting, I want the remote to be conveniently placed near my fridge but also removable so it can be taken to the living room or den for mood lighting adjustments. This 3D printed device will be mounted with 3M strips, however, you can easily modify it by adding screw holes or spaces for magnets if desired. The design is highly versatile and can be scaled up in your slicer software to accommodate other remotes or any rectangular object. I printed the holder vertically without a brim, using standard PLA from Solutech and applying a thin layer of gluestick on the glass surface.
