REMIXED: Ol' Soft Shoe for Kossel Delta

This thing is a remix of the Ol' Soft Shoe (Vibration Dampening) by Thingiverse user HauntFreaks. I think that's a brilliant design, but it doesn't work well for delta-style printers constructed from 2020 aluminum extrusion, and with angled connectors on a Delta printer, it won't allow you to put the foot in a maximally stable position. I added feet at a 60-degree angle to position the foot outboard and squarely under the uprights of a Kossel Delta 3D Printer. The mounting holes are dimensioned to accept M4 fasteners and captive nuts in the channels of the 2020. I bought a couple of batches of foam practice golf balls for this application and discovered that foam practice balls vary in absolute and relative firmness. You want the least squishy golf balls you can find. I recommend going to a sporting goods store and assessing them in person, rather than buying them online. In the Seattle area, we have Big5, and they had about six different products. Once you find the firmest option, you want to select three balls that are equally firm. My first attempt resulted in one very soft ball and a leaning printer.
