I liked the idea of the original; however, it was exactly 8mm wide which didn't allow for any clearance on the aluminum extrusion's 8mm slot.  Plus the M5 nuts easily fell out of the original design's T-Nut adapter. This remix addresses both of those problems, by reducing the width by 0.2mm, making it 7.8mm wide and adding a chamfered overhang to keep the nut captive. I used PLA, printing it on it's side with no supports; a 0.2mm layer height; 4 walls and 15% infill (which is really irrelevant since there's 4 walls).  The print orientation of the 4 walls gives it high sheer strength. Tip:  When inserting the M5 nut, I find that it's easier to place the nut on a flat surface and then while holding the T-Nut adapter in the proper orientation (i.e. flat side of the nut parallel with the side of the adapter), press it down onto the nut.
