Modified the design allowing for a piece of 1.75mm filament to be used as a hinge. Testing has been successful and it's working flawlessly so far. I'd like to extend my appreciation to Chris_kmn, the original designer, for their exceptional work. It was truly top-notch! Printing in ABS at both 0.2 and 0.1mm layer height without any support material or infill adjustments resulted in a flawless build.
