Remixed for hacksaw blade
thingiverse
Slot size increased to fit a hacksaw blade, which in my experience works extremely well. The slot size is also longer than the tape is wide to make for the cleanest and easiest cut of the tape. To cut the hacksaw blade, I use a dremel with a cutting wheel to cut a shallow slot in the hacksaw blade, then use pliers to snap the blade along the slot I cut. This is much faster than trying to cut through the (extremely hard) hacksaw blade. I then use the dremel to smooth down any rough edges or corners of the hacksaw blade. This is press fit, so use a small hammer to nudge it into place. If it is too tight, lower your flow rate 5-10% and try the print again, or manually enlarge the slot with a dremel or similar. I also included a .5 mm spacer if you are like me and don't like the side to side slop on some tape rolls.
