(Remixed) Ender 3 45° Spool Holder with Rail

I really liked the idea of @ZTolerance on the Ender 3 45° Spool Holder at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3446507, however, after reading comments saying it failed after installation, I decided to remix it by adding rail support. Also, on the original, I saw comments saying the screw was too short. I suspect these users were simply attempting to use the same screw they removed from the overhead frame for this holder. In actuality, the machine should have come with an extra M5*45 screw, which is much longer. This is the correct screw to use for this. The shorter screw that was removed simply becomes an extra screw.
