I really liked the original design but found the printing orientation led to a rather weak tail. Even at 100% infill and multiple walls, the orientation led itself to a weak tail. I decided to separate the body and tail into two pieces so the body can be printed in the original orientation (butt up) and the tail can be laid flat to print so the layers all will be parallel to the forces put on them, and thus significantly stronger. Make sure you print the tail laying flat for the added strength. The tail fits almost perfectly into the butt, you may need to do a little bit of shaving with a razor blade or sanding to get it in.
