Remixed blade holder adapter for Silhouette Cameo 4

This is a remix of FredricM's blade holder adapter. You still need the other piece from his design. This changes the height to better match the cutter thingy I got but the main purpose of the remix was to add a slot to stick on the metal bit that comes in the white clamshell adapter (you'll take out the metal bit from the white one to stick onto this one). If you do this, the cutter will work in slot 2 of the S4. It should make the S4 think that it's a craft blade or something like that. I've tested it and it works. Props to FredricM for the concept.
