Remixed Arhipov's insert for GHK AK

What is it? Arhipov's trigger insert is basically a plate that slides underneath the trigger to preload the trigger slightly. Issue is that this plate doesn't fit the GHK AK due to the trigger spring blocking the correct installation of the full plate. To compensate for this, the over-travel is fixed with my rollpin mod and the preload with this insert. https://ishooter.ru/uploads/product/44/44686_3349748968.jpg https://ishooter.ru/uploads/product/44/44686_1377241466.jpg My adaptation of the Arhipov's trigger insert is so that you could run the GHK AK trigger as short as possible for those that want to run performance or try to outshoot your friends in a comp on their ARs lol Parts needed for semi-auto / comp setup: Hephaestus 1/2p ALG style trigger Azimuth semi-auto disconnector (sear) Trigger insert plate - 0.8-1mm With the semi-auto disconnector, you could print the plate to 1mm to give your trigger a very firm preload and function correctly with the selector since you no longer have the disconnector blocking it. Regular setup: Hephaestus 1/2p ALG or EKG style trigger Trigger insert plate - 0.4mm For a FCG with auto still intact, the plate thickness needs to be reduced to 0.4mm to clear the disconnector. I have not tested this with the OG trigger nor the W&S triggers so experiment as needed. Make sure you only print as tall as the trigger would allow as you would otherwise block the fire selector from switching through semi-auto by the disconnector. Alternatively, you could install a Azimuth semi-auto only disconnector as recommended above and reduce the uptake distance at the cost of full-auto.
