The WhpThomas RJ45 X-Cable Repair gets an upgrade with the addition of mounts for the RJ45 jacks. Two protective mounts make installation easier and safer. To attach the vertical mount, use two cable ties (zip ties) and a small amount of adhesive on adjacent surfaces. Ensure the mount is seated as far down as possible on the cartridge to prevent cables from getting tangled when the carriage moves forward. The horizontal mount can be attached inside the frame's vertical post behind the LCD panel, but be cautious not to hang up the other end of the cable if the mount is placed too high. Alternatively, place the mount on the "floor" of the bot using your preferred adhesive. Before proceeding, check the configuration of your cat cables for a crossover scheme.
