This is a simple modification for the impressive Prusa i3 MK2: V1 Raspberry Pi Camera Mount - The Round Tower designed by Martin Majewski. Upon inserting the camera into its holder, I encountered the same problem as many others who purchased the mount on Amazon US and DE - it was too tight, causing the camera to bend and break. To determine the cause of this issue, I carefully measured the camera and discovered that the original camera rest was indeed too narrow. It's possible that the manufacturer has made slight adjustments to the camera's proportions. To address this problem, I created a new camera holder based on the original STL file and tailored it to my specific needs. The resulting design features a 5mm wide camera rest, an increase of 1mm from the original 4mm width. For those who wish to customize the design further, a Fusion 360 file is included. For optimal printing results, please refer to the original instructions for recommended print settings.
