Remix: Pokemon deck box with separator card
prusaprinters
We got into Pokemon TCG. So we wanted deck boxes! I really loved this rugged deck box and wanted it Pokemon-themed so I round up some amazing models here in Printables and got into it. I also wanted to put a Pikachu on the bottom of the box! Because why not! I think you can change the Pikachu on the top lid too if you want.HOW TO PRINT:Seems that if you take the whole version, at least I have to break it into parts so I can change colors. Separated versions have to be cut and broken parts also but very separated you can just cut to parts, they stay easied to change colors, because when you break to parts, there is ALOT of parts. Separated and very separated, aften cutting to parts, you can take move-tool and just slide them to places, they need to slide just to one direction. It's easiest if you put the pic together first and then move the large part on it. Separator card has the Pikachu-katakana-text turned right way on top too, so it's “right way” both sides!Gasket and clips I just put here so they are easier to download with everything else but they are the same than in the files that I remixed. But I had to make a bit smaller gasket to fit them into place, I couldn't get the original to fit. Could be the TPU I used, it's foaming TPU. Other parts are just printed with PLA, there's Lipstick and Pearl blue from Prusa, Melon yellow from Fillamentum and black is actually recycled filament from Prusa. I forgot if I put 2 or 3 perimeters, infill is 20% rectilinear.Oh yeah, and the screws used are 3x30mm, one box takes 6 screws.
