I reinforced the tensioner so now you can easily push on the tooth side to release the rope. To test it out, I printed a few different versions and this compromise seems promising...\nThis remix is based on:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:102012\nAlthough, due to difficulties with Solidworks, I had to start from scratch to get it right...\nAs an alternative option, I added version _2 where I omitted the fillets to see how much they affected the file size - they really made a huge difference, apparently.
