Remix of Self locking Kossel mini carriage with Variable Beltway Width
thingiverse
I really like these self locking belt clamps, but 2.5mm works way better for me than the original 2.2mm. I'm using this on a Folger Tech Kossel 2020 & used the geometry from my previous remix http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1793640 & used the self locking belt clamp idea from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:556178 I added the nut trap for the locknuts so they are easier to insert without going through the beltway. There's also a small hole on the bottom of each nut trap to make it easier to eject the locknut with a small allen wrench if you need to take the locknut out. There are a few variables in the openscad file you can change, but the main 2 variables you might change are: Gap_Tighten_Wid = 2.5; //2.2 was the original size Lt_Rt_Both = -1; //-1 = Left Bottom Mount Hole Only //0 = Both Left & Right Mount holes //1 = Right Bottom Mount Hole Only I printed this with eSun PLA+ Silver at 50% infill.
