Remix of Pump Hand Drill for Smaller Bits
thingiverse
The available chucks were too large for the bit that I wanted to use. I converted the STL to a solid body in the hobby version of Fusion 360 and quickly shrunk the hole in the middle of the chuck from 3.3mm to 2.5mm.
I resized the chuck based on a 5/64th bit because that's the bit that I wanted to use.
The new chuck allows the use of bits that are 3/32nds and smaller. However, 3/32nds will only insert 3/4 of the way in but that's more than enough to work so I'll call this the largest bit that can be used. The smallest bit I own is 1/16ths and it worked perfectly.
Quick shoutout to Performance 3D LLC and Speedy777 for their designs.
