Remix of Prusa i3v E3d Titan Mount

12/15/2018 Update I upgraded my 10" i3v by adding a drag chain mount and chaining the mount 1mm thicker for the motor, utilizing 4mm shims on two of the titan/motor mount screws and attaching a drag chain bracket to the other two screws. I replaced the original 3-M3x30mm screws with M3x35mm and the 1-M3-25mm screw with an M3x30mm screw. A V-slot mount was also added for the other end of the drag chain on the end of the V-slot. For mounting the drag chain, I used two M3x12mm flat head socket cap screws per bracket. To attach the V-slot bracket to 2020s, I utilized two M5x12mm button head screws. The Titan X-carriage now features three nut traps for the M5 wheel screws, making it easier to tighten them. A 500mm drag chain from openbuilds.com is being used. I designed this setup to be adjustable, so I combined the bracket design from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1540768 and the carriage design from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1235817 into an openscad file that could be adjusted. Initially, I had trouble getting the eccentric wheel tight after printing from a printer that was slightly out of calibration, so I added an optional additional wheel tensioner cut as used on this part: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1825040. The cooling fan design, shown in the second image, is from here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1571526. Unfortunately, there is no Z Probe with this design, but I might add one later. The titan extruder blank used was: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1514324 and the e3d Lite6 hotend model used was: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1718350. Two STL files were included: one with the additional wheel tensioning option (Prusa_I3v_Titan_Mount_WithWheelTensionCutout_Rev19.stl) and one without (Prusa_I3v_Titan_Mount_Rev19.stl), as well as the openscad source file. The other STL files are used for reference in the assembly display within the openscad file. I also employed a 5mm diameter hole for motor mounts, similar to http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1540768 design. To modify this, change the variable Mot_Hole_OD = 3.6 if you prefer a tighter tolerance for these holes. You can also adjust the wheel spacing and belt tensioning spacing if desired. The design I remixed has 49.4mm for the belt tensioning. The M3 locknut on the right side of the belt clamp is quite close to hitting the titan extruder, so if I were to print this again, I would probably shift the extruder up another 1mm by changing Bracket_Y_Offset = 2 and modifying line 335 as follows: rotate([0,33.3,0]) The wiring has not yet been hooked up, but it fits nicely on the V-Slot, providing more X-carriage width which will necessitate moving the X limit switch slightly.
