I just redesigned the bottom file to add a jutting cylinder that fits snugly into the red top. It's a gentle fit, so no glue is needed. I'm reposting the top file here, giving full credit to greyhawk01, who designed the most complicated part. In fact, I had to create an Irish version for St Patrick's day, which was a fun challenge. To give it a vintage look, I used acetone vapour, and although I might have applied too much, it turned out great - like old cast iron with years of paint peeling off. The Portuguese have something similar in red and blue; who else is on board?
