I aimed to construct an 8x8 Hemtt, but as a novice in 3D design, I wanted to sidestep gear design so I tracked down mid axles and adapted them for leaf springs, lengthening them due to my vehicle's considerable width. The space constraints forced me to attach the servos directly to a mounting plate on top of the frame instead of integrating them into the frame itself. My turning radius is woefully inadequate, requiring further adjustments before I'll consider it finished. Once it's perfected, I plan to share the Hemtt frame and body designs online.
