I opted out of using excessive plastic and instead chose a more streamlined approach by creating a customizable OpenSCAD file that would simplify the process. I settled on a pipe cut diameter of 23.5mm, although it's unlikely to make a significant difference in this particular design. To cater to different preferences, I included test prints for both 23.5mm and 25mm diameters. To create this OpenSCAD file, I employed a specific workflow method that involved converting the STL file into DWG using Turbocad, then utilizing Draftsight to extract the dimensions from the DWG file. This meticulous approach allowed me to craft an OpenSCAD file tailored to my needs.
