A versatile modular electric skateboard battery and VESC enclosure designed for flat-packed battery packs, offering multiple configurations to accommodate different length decks. The standard design is optimized for a 40" longboard deck with a slight concave shape, but it can also fit shorter or longer boards. The five-section assembly (two End pieces, two Extension pieces, and one Middle piece) measures 600mm in total length and is 200mm wide, providing 42mm of internal clearance. By applying a neoprene seal to the perimeter, you can increase this clearance further. Alternatively, you could extrude the walls to your desired height. This design is not intended for underwater use, but you can achieve some level of water resistance by applying strong PVC tape to the underside of the enclosure. Printing with 100% infill provides maximum strength, and arranging the sections in a vertical plane yields the best possible finish.
