I've taken the existing HTC Vive HMD mount design and split it into two separate halves. This modification allows me to overcome issues with printing at the edges of my 3D printer, where ABS plastic tends to struggle with adhering properly. By cutting the model in half, I significantly reduce the required print area, making it a perfect fit for smaller 3D printers that couldn't handle the original design's larger size.
