Remix of "Ender 3 Webcam mount by aallensd" - modifed to use a M3 screw and standard M3 heated insert
thingiverse
NOTE: This arm design is actually quite wobbly. The truss is sturdy, but the whole thing twists, so this will lower the quality of your hyperlapses, but it's not too bad. I added a version that has 2 extra beams to make it more stable, but it's probably still going to wobble a bit.Info:I modified the models from aallensd because I don't own an 1/4"-20 x 1-1/2" bolt and nut, and that size is also way overkill for the forces on this arm, but I do have a bunch of standard M3 heated inserts left over and M3 screws, so I made some modifications to allow the arm and base to use a 35mm M3 screw and 1 standard M3 insert.Materials:1 x fully-threaded 35mm M3 screw1 x standard M3 heated insert (M3x5,7)1 x 1/4"-20 x 5/8" for the webcam (you may be able to 3D print this, I've done this in the past)For the arm, use at least 3 base layers and 3 top layers, and then at least 2 walls. For the base plate, use at least 3 base layers and 3 top layers, and then at least 3 walls.[Will post more info about my print settings after I finish setting up the webcam]
