Remix of DIY Dremel CNC by NikodemBartnik

The original design was so neat that I decided to remix it to my needs by making a few tweaks and adjustments. For my first prototype, I chose to use 8mm rods and 2040 rails, which I already had on hand, and it's easy to switch back to 12mm rods if needed. I took advice from metzindistries and moved the X coupler to the right, adding a 608ZZ bearing for added stability. Next, I implemented X-Y-Z endstops using optical sensors, connected an Arduino board with a CNC shield, installed a power receptacle and relay box, and added supports for two cable chains. I also designed a laser support system that fits my 450mW AliExpress laser module perfectly. To make the Z carriage more versatile, I modified it to accommodate various tools, allowing users to design their own tool supports and screw them into place. With my 12000rpm 12VDC motor, the shown support works seamlessly. For those interested in building this project, I've made it public on Tinkercad at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/d8w5mbkOyJQ (just search for "cnc 8mm" to find it). Sign up and you'll be able to copy the entire project. Update: After receiving requests, I uploaded necessary parts for 12mm rods, renaming them with suffixes _8mm or _12mm. I also modified the power receptacle and Arduino box to accommodate two 5VDC relay modules with internal slides. And, I'm excited to share my first burn-in test video at https://youtu.be/v4blfGhirMI! Additionally, I uploaded new step files in a compressed 'STEP.7z' file. Finally, upon request, I've uploaded necessary parts for 10mm rods, renaming them with suffixes _10mm.
