Remix of "Customizable Vial Holder" with round corners

I Designed a variant of the Customizable Vial Holder by makerbc. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1037651 I added round edges because I like them more than the sharp ones on the original, and wanted to practice a bit with OpenSCAD. The design is fully customizable as the original, but comes with a different default size which can hold standard Gas Chromatography (and LC) glass vials. Defaults to a 3x3 grid. Square will auto-size for the number of vials you want to hold. Number of vials must be a number that results in a whole number square root. To round the edges I substituted the cube in the original code with an linearly extruded and offset square.
