Remix of Customizable Jack Screw Top for Mid Span Support

I created a remix of the jackscrew top that fits on the mid span like https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1969520, so I added this version. This has not been tested yet, but it's a good starting point. I included 18mm and 24mm height versions for the C-23.5 EMT style. You may need to adjust the jackscrew height to match the corners or change the height of this part. Two STL files and the OpenSCAD source are available. There are two screen captures showing the profile comparison with the original mid span part, and one image comparing heights between this part and the corner. You can create a version for the F-25.0mm OD or J-25.4mm OD by changing the variable **EMT_Type** = 0 for C-23.5, **EMT_Type** = 1 for F-25.0, or **EMT_Type** = 2 for J-25.4.
