I appreciate BV3D's design for the carriage ends since they provide additional printing space. Recently, I discovered large cracks at the motor end due to a possible break (I initially thought my bed was misaligned). To enhance durability and aesthetics, I added larger radius fillets throughout. Additionally, I installed 852.5mm flange bearings for the idle end. Kudos to BV3D for an excellent design; I simply improved upon it!
