Remix of Bergsteiger Venedig Buggy Replacement Part for lower frame
prusaprinters
See original design for more information. I remixed my original design to make it a bit thicker and stronger. It was not really necessary as the original worked fine, but due to some crappy material the original broke (material fault, not design fault) and I made a thicker version just in case its needed… In the pictures you can see the old version (blue) which broke. The thicker version is displayed white/transparent in the pictures. You can choose if the original or the remix is better for you - on my buggy both versions perform well for about 6 weeks now (each on one side). The original saves some material, the thicker version is a bit more rigid. I printed in PLA, ABS and PETG: I can not recommend PLA for this, as strong layer adhesion is key. PETG seems to be the best in tearms of layer adhesion.Assembly Tips:All inserts belong in the bigger part, no insert needs to be installed in the smaller (outer) part. I found it to be easiest to first attach both parts with the m6 screw to assemble both parts together. After that remove the m6 screw, and put the the buggy back together. The M4 screw i inserted last.
