I recently built my own frame using ABS, however it was unable to withstand the full force of four LIPO cells and one arm snapped apart mid-flight. To rectify this issue, I reinforced the arms with a 5mm thickness addition.\r\n\r\nMy current prototype is constructed from PETG and weighs in at approximately 60 grams with an infill percentage of 70%.
