This customized double-barrel filament tube holder is a modification of jprikkel's original design for my Rep. 2. The tubes kept falling out, so I searched and implemented this solution. To make it fit snugly against the cable block, I shortened the down-tab and bridged the two parts while notching the tabs for zip-tie accommodation. A photo of a tag on a Lowe's plastic tubing shows compatibility with the original. The model was sliced at 2 shells, 15% infill, and 0.3mm layer height in Makerware, built on Replicator 2. Remove popout tabs for installation. I had to adjust a zip-tie due to interference, but it's centered now. Wishing you success with your build!
