remix - Leatherman Multi-Tool Bit Set Case
thingiverse
When I came across this project, I knew exactly what I needed - my trusty Leatherman Bit kit still safely packaged to prevent any bits from getting lost. Initially, I thought slicing it and then resizing wouldn't make much sense, so I decided to resize precisely instead. To add a personal touch, I drilled 2mm holes and utilized filament for the hinges, and it turned out perfectly. Once you insert the filament, you can either melt one end with a heat source or snip the other using side cutters - or simply leave it as is. The friction should keep everything securely in place. Printed with .200mm layers, 20% infill, and a 1.2mm shell thickness.
