[REMIX] Ender 3 control box LM2596 buck converter + 4020 fan

Seemed a bit odd to me that so many designs put an LM2596 buck converter in a small box somewhere else on the machine when there's clearance above the mainboard for it. I remixed baztm's awesome design to include a mount for the LM2596 (the version with the display) which has a toolless push fit design (inspired by voglster's design), it comes to the same height as the 4020 fan so the clearance is totally fine. Vents have been added either side of the LM2596 box to improve circulation. I've also removed the 4020 fan posts from the original design and widened the holes to M4 size, as those posts always snapped off immediately for me in the original version; I've also widened the left side cable gap to accommodate a display cable. NOTE - The dimensions of the LM2596 + display converters can vary slightly, even if yours looks identical to the photo. It can only take a converter of OD 66mm x 36mm and ID (centre of mounting hole-to-hole) of 62mm x 32mm, and often 'identical' converters are 1mm larger than this in each direction. The tolerances are really tight to make the clips as strong as possible, so if your converter is >0.5mm different in any direction then you'll need to adjust the design slightly. I recommend wiring the LM2596 up before fitting it into the mount, because if you're printing in PLA the clips might snap if you mess with it too many times. I recommend printing with supports at minimum 0.2mm contact distance to minimise the risk of breaking the clips, under the fan area and under the support posts/clips for the LM2596 box. I don't recommend putting supports under the entire LM2596 box because then it becomes hard to get them out.
