I appreciate the excellent construction from NikodemBartnik. I've enlarged all the bearings and wave bore holes to +0.3mm. There are 12 waves with a diameter of 12.3mm, LM12UU with a diameter of 21.3mm, and bearings with a diameter of 22.3mm. To secure the waves and bearings in place, I've created an opening for M3 nuts (which will spare the plastic over time). Additional bore holes have been made to clamp the LM12UU into the X-holders, so that the LM12UU won't fall out of the X-holders.
