I've remade this thing from scratch, and now it's compatible with bltouch sensors. If you'd rather use an ezable sensor, just stick with the original model linked above. I've also included a solidworks file for your convenience. To set up the firmware offsets, start by tweaking the X axis to +47, then adjust the Y axis to -2.4. The Z axis will require some trial and error on your part once you get it calibrated in.
