Remix of fan ducts, centering, and thermal isolation of the heat block: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2478810 ATTENTION this piece must not be printed on a FDM printer, but was printed with a FORM2 resin printer in HIGH TEMPERATURE RESIN (which after post-processing resists up to 300°C). This part allows: -to stiffen the nozzle position and center the heating block (see image of the heat block tightening screw), allowing more precise prints (see images of before/after Benchy prints - both are 1.5 cm high, printed at 200um, 205°C, 60mm/sec) because the head is immobilized (in rotation and in XYZ) -to bring cooling flows closer to the nozzle -to thermally isolate the heating block (thermal variation of less than 1°C instead of minus 10°C before the start of the 2x E3D fans at 100%... with my Melzi... it seems that this is not the case and that it works better with the MKS-Base) (2017-11-06) Version v2 was made for users with a nozzle mounted in contact with the heating block. The first version had a clearance of 0.5 mm between the nozzle and the heating block. The v2 offers more mounting security.
